What products do you sell?

Bonum Interiors present you with a thoughtfully made selection of items for your living room décor.

Our luxury Furniture Range is made up of modern custom-made sofas, armchairs and accessories from respected Italian producers Saporini and Smile Sofa.

– To help you look after your sofa, we sell high quality Care and Cleaning products.

– Our Art  selection is comprised of original and limited edition contemporary paintings from established and the best of emerging British and international artists.

Are your sofas handmade?

Each of our sofas is handmade according to your unique selection.

How can I customise my sofa?

You are able to configure each sofa model using a wide range of size, material, and colour options we provide on the product page. If you are interested in additional options, please browse our Leather and Fabric Gallery for a complete selection of leather and fabric styles.

What are the different types of leather used to make the sofas?

We use genuine top grain cow hides on all our suites. As a result you may see scratches, insect bites and scarring. These are not defects, but in fact confirm that this is a high quality top grain hide. Please see our Leather and Fabric Gallery  for images and detailed descriptions of the materials we use.

What kind of fabric do you use for the sofas?

We use Leon fabric, which is made from high quality ultra-microfibre. Produced by top Italian upholsterer Dino Zoli, it is treated to be stain-resistant, non-stick and repellent.

Leon fabric has anti-microbial, anti-bacterial properties, and is protected from dust mites. It is virtually impermeable and resistant to wear, without prejudice to its look and feel to the touch.

Do you have a showroom?

As we are an online retailer, we do not have a physical showroom at the moment. We would love for you to come and see us at interior design exhibitions nationwide. Keep an eye on our Exhibitions page or subscribe to our newsletter from the homepage for the latest updates in our show diary.

Can you offer assistance?

To make sure you get the sofa that suits you and your home best, we provide a Free Interior Design Consultation. Our experienced consultant will visit you with and help you match the style, size, material, and finish of the sofa to your preferences.

Can I request samples of fabric or leather from you?

Of course. You are welcome to request your leather and fabric samples from the product pages.

What warranty do you provide?

Saporini range: 5-year Frame Warranty and 3-year Fillings Warranty.
Smile Sofa range: 2-year Warranty on the whole structure of your item.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards and PayPal.

Is it safe to make payments on your website?

Absolutely. Our Credit and Debit Card payments are powered by SagePay, a secure online payment gateway processing millions of secure transactions a month.

PayPal is a safe way to pay online. All we need is your PayPal registered email address, as your secure financial details are not shared with us. We do not store your card details on our website.

Do you include VAT in your price?



How long does it take to deliver my item?

– Sofas and armchairs: 10-14 weeks as your item is custom-made
– Cushions if ordered on their own: 5 weeks
– Art: 2 weeks
– Care and Cleaning Products: 5-7 working days.

How much does the delivery cost?

– Sofas and armchairs: £100 per item or sofa section in UK Mainland
– Cushions: £10 per cushion. Free if ordered together with a sofa
– Art: £30 per piece
– Care and Cleaning Products: £5

Can you help me recycle my old sofa?

Our delivery men will recycle your old sofa for £75. Alternatively, you can order a free collection service from British Heart Foundation.

What kind of regular maintenance do you recommend for my sofa?

To keep your sofa in a tip top condition we suggest that you:

– Treat your brand new sofa with a leather or fabric protector.
– Vacuum regularly to remove dust. 
– Remove any spills immediately by blotting dry with a clean cloth. Please do not rub.
– Clean monthly to prevent build-up of spots and general dirt.
– Avoid placing your sofa near sources of direct heat such as fireplaces or radiators.
– Keep your sofa out of direct sunlight to avoid discolouration.

Can I buy leather and fabric care products on your website?

We sell high quality care and cleaning products in our Care and Cleaning section.


How long do I have to cancel my order in order to get my money back?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel your order. You must inform us by post or by email of your cancellation in order for it to take effect. We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

What is Refer a Friend?

It’s a scheme that allows you to earn great rewards by referring friends to our website. Once your referral results in a completed order, your Bonum Interiors account gets credit that you can spend towards any item on our website.

How can I register to take part in Refer a Friend?

First, you need to create an account with us. Then go to Refer a Friend Tab and select Invite Form to send an email to your friends, or use the broadcast link to share on Social Media.

What rewards can I get?

When your referral results in an order over £950, you will get £100 to spend with Bonum Interiors.

When your referral results in an order over £2000, you will get £200 to spend with Bonum Interiors.

The reward gets credited to your account immediately after the purchase is made. To check your balance, log in to your account and click on Refer a Friend.

How can I spend the amount earned through Refer a Friend?

You can use the credit earned to pay towards any item at Bonum Interiors. It will be added automatically when you reach the checkout.
